Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees when returning items and ensuring the goods are returned safely. If your return is valued over Є50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.

If you wish to return a gift, please note that the refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the initial payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or exchange to the gift recipient.

Shipping Information
We offer international shipping within Europe and the UK, all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. For deliveries to mainland UK, orders typically arrive within 7 working days.
